The CWL partners with you to create a customized learning curriculum that meets the training needs of your business. We can help you initiate or continue an employee development program to retain talented, productive workers, and in many cases, we can leverage grant funding to deliver this training at little to no cost to your business.

Our Contract Training Coordinators know how to access and administer funding from the Texas Skills Development Fund and the Texas Small Business Skills Development Fund. In addition, right here on the Grayson College campus is a Department of Labor supported Small Business Development Center with advisers ready to work with you for your small business’s success.
